Redefining what Apple in business should feel like

Apple, managed
with intention.

Six things every Apple device should be: consistent, ready, trusted, proven, updated and accountable. See how a week feels when they are.

Your team chose Apple for a reason. We make sure it lives up to that choice: set up, secured and supported so well that nobody has to think about it.

A week with Zoleka

Monday to Friday, the way Apple should feel.

Zoleka, Head of IT, holding an iPhone and a MacBook

Meet Zoleka. She runs IT for 200 people at a fast-growing fintech in Johannesburg. Most of them chose Mac, and everyone carries an iPhone. Scroll through her week.Zoleka is a story built from what we see every week, not a named customer.

Thabo’s first day.

His MacBook and iPhone arrived at home on Friday. He opens them, joins the Wi-Fi, and both set themselves up with every app and setting he needs. No imaging, no ticket, no IT visit.

Before Thabo sees his desktop, the Mac is encrypted, enrolled and running the company’s security baseline. His iPhone gets the same. Nothing reaches him unmanaged.

Thabo is working by 08:00 on day one, not day three. The devices shipped straight to his door and nobody in IT lost a morning to it.

One sign-in. Only what he needs.

Thabo signs in once with his Microsoft work account, right at the Mac login window. His password stays in sync and he reaches only the apps his role needs. On Friday, when Lerato leaves, her access ends the same hour.

Identity is checked at the login window, not after it. Access follows the role, and when Lerato leaves on Friday it ends the same hour, including the work apps on her own iPhone. Her photos stay hers.

One sign-in, fewer password resets, and no former staff with a way into client systems. When Lerato leaves, her access leaves with her.

A new macOS lands.

It goes to twelve Macs in IT first. Their health stays green, so it rolls out to everyone over the week, after hours, at a pace the office line can handle.

Every Mac is on the patched release within the week, with nobody left months behind. If devices start failing, the rollout stops and rolls back.

Security updates land in days, not months, and nobody loses a morning to an update.

Client data, nearly in a personal AI account.

A colleague tries to upload a client spreadsheet to a personal AI account. It is blocked, with the company policy on screen. No ticket, no argument.

The upload is blocked and logged with the device, the tool and the person. Zoleka can show exactly what happened without reading anyone’s prompts, and the events flow to the SIEM.

Client data stays out of personal AI accounts, and the team still gets to use AI. You can see what AI is costing, tool by tool.

The auditor asks.

Every Mac and iPhone is set up to the same written standard. Changes are reviewed before they ship, so the answer to the auditor is the same every time.

Is every Mac encrypted, patched and set to the agreed benchmark? Zoleka sends the evidence in minutes, with a history of every change.

The audit question that used to take a week takes minutes. POPIA and client due-diligence questionnaires get a straight answer.

Before the board meeting.

A director’s Mac is struggling. Onsite has already seen its health drop and fixes it before the meeting starts. Zoleka gets a message, not a crisis.

Health, threats and missed updates are watched every day by a named team, so a problem on one device is found before it becomes an incident.

One partner owns the Apple plan and fixes problems before people notice. The board meeting starts on time.
