With macOS 27 on the horizon, we brought together a small group of Apple IT professionals at Florentin in Cape Town for an early-morning conversation about what the next major update actually means in practice. The format was simple: compare testing progress, share what you’ve already bumped into, and figure out together what needs to be in place before the upgrade lands in production.
